SEO, link building, content, and development work are scoped individually. Refunds, where applicable, are assessed based on work completed, third-party costs already incurred, and contractual terms.
Cancellations
Ongoing monthly services may be cancelled according to the notice period stated in your agreement. Completed deliverables and live placements are generally non-refundable.

Contact our team with your project reference and reason for the request. We will review against the agreed scope and respond in writing.
